Why Participate?

Why Students May Wish to Consider Participation in CESC's Student Energy Research Program:

  • CESC helps students identify ways in which their research could have a positive impact.
  • CESC helps students find information and contacts among a large number of energy-related organizations.
  • CESC does not typically pay students for their research effort, but sometimes CESC can find funding to pay for equipment or other research related costs. CESC has, on occasion, found funding to pay the student to continue their work once they've fulfilled their requirements to receive academic credits.
