Teacher Workshops
CESC has a strong commitment to teacher
professional development in math and science. The quality of the
educational experience for students depends to a large degree on the
teachers’ mastery of the concepts and confidence in facilitating the
students’ inquiry and project-based learning CESC works in partnership
with universities, such as the Colorado School of Mines, to offer short
courses in energy education for graduate credit. Additionally, CESC
works with school districts throughout Colorado to coordinate and
implement teacher workshops.
