EIGHT NEW WORKSHOPS SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER, JANUARY AND FEBRUARY
- There are many ways to reduce home energy use so it makes sense to have
a variety of workshops to help home energy users. The new slate of
workshops begins with the all-day December 6th
Zero Energy Homes Workshop. CESC is partnering with the Center for Resource Conservation
for two workshops designed to help homeowners plan a solar system
installation. Paul Kriescher of Lightly Treading is the instructor for a
3-session Home Efficiency Course beginning the evening of January 20th.
Rich Moore of Invisible Energy is the expert presenter at a workshop on
Heating System Efficiency on January 22nd. Steve Andrews of E-Star
Colorado has some great information on "Energy Features to Look for in a
New Home" on February 11th. Homeowners starting their own efficiency
project can learn from Leslie Baer and Matt Arnold, a couple that have
nearly completed their own "Energy Efficiency/Green Building Renovation"
on Feb. 26th. Susan Innis of Western Resource Advocates will present the
"Renewable Energy Atlas of Colorado" on February 18th. These 8 new
workshops are in addition to the "How to Cut Your Home Energy Costs"
sessions already scheduled each month of the heating season in Littleton
and Golden. You can find out more about the
workshops and register online.
